Located in the conservation village of Eaglesham, this 34-bedroom, boutique style hotel has a modern and stylish décor throughout.
The hotel consists of a busy restaurant, where the food is both fresh and seasonal. The bar offers a large selection of premium beers, gins, rums, whiskies and wines.

Running in tandem with this is award winning restaurant and hotel is a function suite (110 PAX) the Orry bar popular with the locals. Due to open in April we are developing an outdoor dining and beer garden area with capacity for up to 90 persons.

We are recruiting for a Deputy General Manager. The ideal person is a passionate hardworking individual, who thrives under pressure and challenges and ideally has a F&B background.

The Role:
As Deputy General Manager, your role will include supporting:

  • An enjoyable and interactive guest experience
  • Accountability for the hotel in the absence of the general manager
  • Helping maintain consistent service delivery
  • Encouraging and where possible mentor team member development
  • H&S checks
  • Helping control operational costs

The Person:
The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Three year’s hotel experience at least at an assistant manager level 
  • Consider themselves to have leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment
  • An ability to communicate
  • Commercial awareness
  • Available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per hotel requirement
