Bar Grill

In keeping with the 18th century listed building, the Bar & Grill has struck a perfect balance of modern design versus comfort and style which befits a  traditional coaching inn, offering good quality,  freshly prepared food.

With a contemporary Scottish feel, the attention to detail is quite remarkable. From the wooden floored walkway, you go up a couple of steps to the balconied 50-seater restaurant to settle into comfortable chairs.  A separate, lower dining area seating 20 is also available and suited to larger parties and is accessable to wheelchairs. During the day the restaurant is bright and airy, serving light snacks and lunches. By night, however, the room is candlelit and has a distinctly sophisticated feel reflecting the menu on offer.
